Kate is living her dream of owning a dance studio in her hometown of Waukesha. She loves sharing her passion for dance with dancers of all ages. Kate earned her B.A. in dance from Point Park University and has 30+ years of dance teaching experience. Kate is proud of the business she and her team have built since 2008!

In 2019, Kate was nominated by her peers and became a Certified Coach for the More Than Just Great Dancing® organization.

Leading the next generation of teachers, many of whom are LDC alum, makes Kate very proud. Seeing the LDC legacy and passion for dance being passed down to the next generation is a dream come true.

Kate is married to her college sweetheart, “Mr. Jim” and has 2 sons.
